Dr. Ankit Mishra
Director (Academics)
Dr. Ankit Mishra is Director (Academics) at the institute and has been a professor of technical, research, and tourism subjects at RIG Institute for the past fifteen years. He holds the Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Tourism Management, a Master’s degree in Tourism Management, MBA in Human Resources, M.Tech in communication technology from Gautam Buddha University, and PhD in Underwater Communication systems from a state university.
He has served as an academic counselor, examination center superintendent, and Coordinator of IGNOU since 2013. He has also worked as a network engineer and served as a visiting faculty at various IHMs. Additionally, he is the inventor of the “Aquatic Bio-optical Communication System” and has many patents and research publications. He has been awarded with “Excellence in Education” and “Best faculty” awards in the field of tourism.
Lt Col R K Singh Rtd.
Director (Administration)
Lt Col R K Singh Rtd is Director (Administration) in RIG Institute. He has served about 35 years in the Indian Army. He had been instrumental in recruiting, training, selection & fielding the personals of the regular army & officers of the Territorial Army. Apart from operational missions he had performed the tasks of the administration and logistics. He had also successfully completed the duties of brigade education officers & division officer in remote areas of north east for about three & half years. He also performed the responsibilities of Officer-in charge of the tableaux for republic day parade in 2008. He also served in NCC battalion as CO & ADM officer covering more than 22 institutions.
He holds the M.Ed from Shimla University and various diplomas in Management Education and Global Supply Chain (IIFT, Delhi). He had done completed his master degree in allied psychology from Gautam Buddha university and participated in two international seminars between 2016-2018. He was also funder director of Golden Arrow Public Schools, Greater Noida.
